We base the price of our audits and our home inspections upon the complexity of the assignment, which is generally related to its size. We base our pricing on the size of the house that is above grade. This is typically reported in public records as "Living Area". Basement area (or garages, un-heated enclosed porches, etc.), even if finished, is not included in the square footage for the purposes of our pricing. An area that is below grade, or partially below grade, will be considered basement area.

For our energy audits, our inspections include a visual assessment of exterior and interior issues related to the health and safety of the occupants, and for issues related to the energy efficiency and comfort of the occupants. We inspect and report findings to the standards of the Building Performance Institute.

Our home inspections encompass everything that is visible and accessible, from top to bottom, including the mechanical systems.
